DA Hardwood Floors Inc. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request an estimate we collect the details you type in the form: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the service you need, the approximate size of the project, your description, your preferred way to be contacted and any photos you choose to attach. If you use the floor visualizer and choose to attach your preview, we also receive your room photo and the preview image.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer your request, prepare your estimate, schedule a visit and follow up about your project. We do not sell or rent your information.

Floor visualizer

The visualizer works in your browser. Your room photo is not sent to us unless you attach it to an estimate request. If the optional AI outline is available and runs, a reduced copy of the photo is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to find the floor area.

Service providers

Our website host and email provider store and deliver the messages you send us. They process the information on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics (for example Google Analytics) we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as needed to serve you and keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
